At Royal Philips, she held multiple senior leadership roles including Global Head of Supply Chain Analytics, where she hand-built a AI-enabled team that integrated 15+ systems and improved demand forecasting accuracy by 15%. She managed procurement organizations of 100+ professionals and multi billion supply bases, pioneered n-tier supplier visibility using machine learning, and established the operational frameworks that enabled Philips to scale critical medical equipment production during the pandemic. She holds an MBA from Michigan State and completed executive leadership training at Yale. Today she helps organizations navigate the intersection of AI, regulatory compliance, and supply chain resilience.
